Executive Building Systems Inc. is a specialty contractor, not a general contractor. The work is building restoration: facades on the Local Law 11 cycle, parking structures, waterproofing, masonry, concrete in the public right of way, and the violations that follow when any of it is left too long.
What makes that possible is self performance. The masonry, concrete, scaffolding and repair crews are ours. So is the engineering and architectural support, and the site safety management. That is why one organisation can carry a job from a condition survey through to a closed out filing, and why an emergency call at two in the morning reaches people who can actually turn out.
