The entire concrete scope on a 58,000 square foot hotel, built with an insulated concrete form system. ICF combines the insulation and the formwork, so the forms stay in place as a permanent part of the finished wall rather than being stripped and carted away.
That rewards accuracy. Because nothing is stripped afterwards, the wall is only ever as straight and as plumb as the forms were at the moment the concrete went in, and bracing and alignment carry as much weight as the pour itself.
