Local Law 11 repairs with hoisting

Local Law 11 repair work on a high rise elevation, with the scaffold and hoisting that make it possible. Access is most of the job on a building like this: moving crews, material and debris up and down the face safely while the street below stays open and in use.

The scaffold and bridging were erected by our own crews, so the access went up when the repair was ready to start and came down once the condition was corrected, rather than standing on the building waiting on a separate subcontractor's program.
